I am so proud of myself! Joe has been talking about and dreaming about and searching for Gnocchi ever since he came home from Argentina. For five years he has conducted a vain search for his favorite potato pasta. Well, I was searching for recipes online in preperation for a culture night, and found a really easy authentic gnocchi recipe and made it for my husband. He was so happy! Granted, he decided that my skills with his gnocchi paddle were insufficient, so he formed every one of the pastas, but still, I made it and the sauce, and he was one happy, happy gaucho!
